服务人才发展与建设和谐校园视角下的高校基层工会工作

高校基层工会是上级工会组织决议、方针及政策的执行者和实施者,高校基层工会工作的开展效果对整个学校稳定发展的大局至关重要。新形势下高校基层工会的基本特点决定了学校党政领导和各级工会工作者必须注重基层特点,从建设和谐校园与服务人才发展的战略高度和长远角度开展工作。为了实现这一目标,在工会工作者不懈努力的同时,也需要高校各级党政机构和上级工会组织在制度建设、物质保障、人员配备方面予以大力支持,以实现工会工作的发展,更好地维护教职员工的合法权益。

Under the new situations,decided by the basic characteristics of grass-roots trade unions in universities and colleges,the Party committee leaders and the administrative leaders should pay attention to the characteristics of grass-roots work and the strategy of building up harmonious campus and serving personal development.Therefore,at the same time of trade unions work actively,they also need assistance of system construction,material support and personal in order to protect legal rights and interests of the faculty.
