韩国跆拳道教练员指导行为分析

Analysis on Guidance Act of Korean Taekwondo Coach

通过运用Arizona大学的观察体系方法,对韩国跆拳道教练员在训练过程中的指导行为进行了分析归纳。结果表明:韩国跆拳道教练员在平时训练时的指导行为大致可以归纳为几个方面:技术指导、动作意见反馈、选手管理等方面。通过归纳分析跆拳道强国韩国队教练员的指导行为,为我国的跆拳道项目日后更好地发展提供参考。

In this paper,the observation system and method of Arizona University was used to analyze and induce guidance act of Korean Taekwondo coach in training course.The result indicated that the guidance act of Korean Taekwondo coach at ordinary times of training can be generally summarized to four aspects： technology,action suggestion and feedback,selected athlete management and other aspect.This paper had provided reference data for promising future development of our national Taekwondo program via induction and analysis on guidance act of Korean Taekwondo coach.
