摘要
职代会制度作为企业民主管理形式的最主要模式之一,在我国具有十分重要的政治和社会价值,尽管其发挥作用的领域根据现行制度设计仅在于公有制企业,但是其自身制度建设中取得的成就和存在的问题对我国企业民主管理改革的方向具有十分重要的意义。因此,我们应当加强对职代会制度的研究,并对包括非公企业在内的所有类型的企业在进行民主管理模式选择和制度建构方面提出进一步的设想,以期能更好地发挥职代会的制度优势。
As one of the main models of democratic management in enterprises in China,the workers' congress system has important social and political value.Although the area of this system function limited only in public enterprises according to current system design,but the achievements and problems of the system construction have very important significance to the orientation of democratic management reform in enterprises in China.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the system of workers' congress and put forwards further planning of model options and system construction of democratic management in all types of enterprises,including non-public enterprises,so as to exploit the advantages of workers' congress better.
