摘要
我国的劳务派遣发展时间短,市场运行不规范,国家相关法律制度尚不完善,出现许多问题,给维权带来许多困难。因此,国家、社会、企业要从维护公平正义的高度,采取有力措施,切实解决劳务派遣工权益维护问题,使其进入法制化、规范化运行轨道。
In China,labor dispatching is not fully developed and the related legal system is not adequate.Many problems of labor dispatching have brought more difficulties of labor rights protection.Therefore,the state,the society and the enterprises should adopt countermeasures to resolve the problems of labor dispatching and make it standardization.
