中美医疗保险筹资模式比较研究

A Comparative Research on the Medical Insurance Taxation Models of China and the US

医疗保险是社会保险系统中的重要组成部分,其实质是社会共担风险,保证社会安定。目前医疗保险的筹资模式有多种,而中国和美国由于自身国际地位以及经济实力,其医疗保险筹资模式对别国都有较大的影响,而奥巴马的医改也使得筹资模式成为一个重点问题。本文通过进行中美现行以及美国医改政策中的医疗保险筹资模式的对比,来发现双方的异同之处,从而得出对我国医疗保险筹资模式完善的建议。

The establishing of medical insurance has developed the important function to guarantee worker＇s benefits,support the society the stability,and promote the reformation of our country＇s economic system.The paper analyzes the current medical insurance taxation modes of China and the US,and the medical insurance taxation mode of the medical reform policies of the US systematically and summarizes some lessons which our country should draw.
