摘要
工会振兴是西方国家工会为应对工会目前所处的困境而采取的战略选择和创新性行为;其理论假设是工会能够控制和主宰自己的命运;振兴的战略选择主要包括工会内部重组、加强工会培训、与雇主和政府结成社会伙伴关系、改革工会组织模式、与社会其它团体结成联盟等。
Union renewal is a strategic choice and innovation of trade unions in western countries in order to get out of the current dilemma.The hypothesis is trade unions can control the destiny of themselves.The strategic choices of union renewal include the internal restructure of trade unions,trade union training,social partners relationship with employers and government,reform of trade union organization and in alliance with other social organizations.
