摘要
日本企业员工曾经以工作狂闻名于世,但这种工作狂的名声却是与日本企业对员工的加班要求联系在一起的,因而它并非完全出自员工的自愿。日本企业的员工加班问题原来与企业的终身雇佣制相联系,而现在则因为终身雇佣制的终结而遭遇越来越严重的困难。由于经济长期不景气,日本企业的员工加班问题也越来越突出,从而导致日益严重的矛盾与争论。
The employees of Japanese enterprises were famous in well-known to the world as workaholic.However,it is related to the requirement of overtime work to employees,and it is not entirely on a voluntary basis.Overtime work was related to Japanese firm's permanent employment system formerly.Along with the decline of permanent employment,overtime work is meeting with more and more difficulties.Due to the long-term economic downturn,the problems of overtime work in Japanese firms is more and more serious and caused heated dispute.Heated dispute
