摘要
研究80份多叶苜蓿自交一代的多叶、花色及株型等性状的分离情况,并利用SSR分子标记对自交系单株进行分子检测,比较了单株之间的多态性差异。结果表明,所选多叶苜蓿单株自交后获得的S1单株全部具有多叶性状,仅在叶型上发生了分离,自交后代其余性状分离复杂;SSR分子标记扩增后能清楚的区分80个多叶苜蓿自交S1的遗传关系;通过UPGMA分析,在遗传相似系数(GS)为0.697处可将80个自交S1代单株划分成3大类,其中66号单株单独聚为一类。SSR标记聚类的结果与自交S1的田间表现有较好的一致性,可以给田间选择带来指导作用。
The trait segregation of multi-leaves,flower color and plant type traits was investigated with 80 alfalfa individual plants of multifoliolate inbred(S1),on this basis SSR molecular markers was used to detect the inbred generation and compared the differences of polymorphism between each plant.The results indicated that all S1 plants performed multifoliolate trait,and only leaf forms were separated,the other traits separations were very complex;by the SSR amplification,it can clearly distinguish genetic relationship of 80 alfalfa individual plants of multifoliolate inbred(S1);Through UPGMA analysis at genetic similarity(GS)0.697,the 80 selfing individual plants were divided into 3 groups,the plant number 66 was clustered individually.The results of SSR marker clustering was consistent with field performance of S1 generation of inbred,it will guide field selection.
