痰热清注射液和α-2b干扰素治疗手足口病的临床观察

Curative Effect Observation of Tanreqing Injection and Interferon α-2b Therapy for Child Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的本研究拟观察痰热清注射液联合α-2b干扰素治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法将279例手足口病患儿随即分成2组,治疗组142例,对照组137例。治疗组给予痰热清注射液（0.3-0.5ml/（Kg.d）加入5%葡萄糖注射液100250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次;重组人干扰素α-2b注射液3万IU/（Kg.d）皮下注射,每天1次。对照组给予利巴韦林治疗。结果治疗组有效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论痰热清注射液联合α-2b干扰素治疗儿童手足口病疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of phlegm hot clear inoculation fluid combination interferon α-2b therapy for child with hand and foot stomatopathy.Methods Totally 279 children diagnosed with hand and foot stomatopathy are divided into two groups.142 children are received by treatment group,other 137 children are control group.The treatment group uses the phlegm hot clear inoculation fluid,0.30.5ml/（Kg.d）,joins 5% glucose solution 100250ml vein drop note,once daily;Interferon α-2b inoculation fluid,3×104IU/（Kg.d）,with a hypodermic injection,once daily.The nontrol group are treated by intravenous injection of ribavirin.Results The comparison between the treatment group effectiveness and control group,the difference has statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The phlegm hot clear inoculation fluid and interferon α-2b treats the children with hand and foot stomatopathy curative effect to be remarkable,is worth the clinical use.
