糖尿病并急性脑梗死患者的血糖水平分析

Study on Diabetes Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗塞患者血糖水平与脑梗塞范围及预后的关系。方法 69例急性脑梗塞患者在入院后48h内清晨空腹血糖水平,依血糖水平分为高血糖组和正常血糖组,对比两组患者血糖水平与梗塞灶大小及预后的关系。结果高血糖组较正常血糖组脑梗死范围临床预后差,具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗塞患者的脑梗塞面积的大小和预后与血糖水平正相关。

Objective To study the relationship between blood glucose level and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The blood - fasting suger of 69 cases of acute cerebral infarction were detected in our hospital on the first day, and the score of nervous system defects was evaluated. Results There were the high score of complcations and nervous system defects in the high level blood glucose with acute cerebral infarction patients. Conclusion The high blood glucose improves the area of cerebral infarction and is harm to prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
