摘要
针对梅钢热轧带钢在冷轧过程中发生的"起筋"缺陷,通过分析其形成原因,以及在生产实践过程中,从产品设计、轧制计划编制、制造等环节采取一系列有效的措施,同时通过控制带钢的横断面形状,最终产品的横向板型得到了优化。改进后热轧带钢在后续冷轧过程中出现"起筋"缺陷的比例大为下降,产品实物质量得到有效改进。
In view of question of ridge buckle defect of hot rolled strip steel caused during cold rolling process in Meigang,by means of analyzing the taking shape reason,as well as adopting a series of valid measures from products designing to rolling plans programming and making and so on aspects in the manufacturing practice process,meanwhile through controlling the shape of transverse section,finally the transverse sheet shape of strip was improved.After modifying the ratio of ridge buckle defect occured in the following cold rolling process was reduced greatly and quality of the products is improved effectively.
