涟钢CSP线Q235B薄板性能及成本优化

摘要 采用CSP工艺生产带钢时,由于其本质细晶、沉淀强化的作用,加上合理的控轧控冷工艺,能获得最佳强韧化性能的产品。涟钢CSP线在Q235B薄规格(h≤2mm)生产时曾存在强度超标的问题,通过调整优化轧制和卷取工艺参数(终轧温度、卷取温度等)、化学成分(C、Si、Mn等),可降低合金成本,稳顺生产Q235B薄规格产品,力学性能符合标准和用户要求。同时还可利用CSP细晶、高强的特点,生产低成本的Q345B等低合金结构钢合格产品。 When produces steel strip in Compact Strip Production(CSP) line,since fine-grain strengthening essentially and precipitation strengthening actions,added rational TMCP+ACC technology,can obtain optimum strength and ductility properties.The thin specification products of Q235B(h ≤ 2 mm) by LYSTEEL CSP line have ever strength superstandard problem.Through adjusting and optimizing rolling and coiling parameters(finishing temperature,coiling temperature,etc.) and chemical composition(C,Si,Mn,etc.),can reduce the cost of alloy and produce stably the products of thin specification of Q235B,which mechanical properties meet standard and user requirements.At the same times utilizing the CSP characteristics of fine grain and high strength,can also manufacture the low-cost Q345B structural steel and other low-alloy structural steels.
