Using Workflow to Achieve Approval Circulation of Document

为实现公文审批流转电子化,进一步实现公司办公自动化、无纸化的需求,利用SQL Server数据库、自主开发的工作流引擎和eDeveloper Magic开发平台,将公司公文流转的流程成功实现电子化。登记员登记公文后进行自动流转,并提供公文信息的管理、查询、打印功能,查看公文审批过程列表,电话催办未办理人员,很好地满足了用户的使用需求。

In order to achieve electronic documents circulation,further realize the office automation and circulation of the paperless,using SQL Server database,workflow engine of independent development and eDeveloper Magic development platform,the electronic document circulation of company was achieved successfully.The documents were transfered automatically after registering.Moreover the document information management,query,print,inquiry of the document approval process list,telephone to hasten the users who did not deal with were provided.Very good meets the use demands of the consumers.
