摘要
主要研究了ICP-AES法与微波消解技术结合测定涟钢工业用水及外排废水中钙、镁、铁、磷、镉等多种元素测定的方法,确定了仪器的最佳分析条件及元素的分析谱线。实验表明,该法线性范围宽,标准曲线的相关系数R〉0.999,方法检出下限〈0.02 mg/L,样品测定相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为95%-107%。本方法测水简便、快速,具有较高的精密度和准确度。
This paper studies mainly the determination method of calcium,magnesium,iron,phosphorus and cadmium in wasted water by ICP-AES combined with microwave digesting technique,establishes the optimum analyzing conditions of the instrument and analyzing music lines of the elements.Experiments show that,the linear range of this method is wide,correlation coefficient R of the standard curve is greater than 0.999.Detection lower limit is less than 0.02 mg/L,the relative standard deviation of samples is smaller than 5%,and the standardized recovery ratio is 95% ~ 107%.This method is simple,rapid,and has satisfactory precision and accuracy to determine water.
