BMP4和CyclinD1在Barrett食管及食管腺癌中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨骨形成蛋白4(BMP4)和细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)在Barrett食管(BE)及早期食管腺癌(EA)中表达的意义。方法:132例Barrett食管(BE)标本回顾性分为无不典型增生(N)组(40例)、BE低度不典型增生(LGD)组(50例)、BE高度不典型增生(HGD)组(26例)及食管腺癌(EA)组(16例),采用免疫组织化学SP法染色测定BMP4、CyclinD1水平。结果:BMP4和CyclinD1在4组中阳性率分别为15.0%、20.0%、50.0%、87.5%和12.5%、34.0%、61.5%、93.8%。BMP4和CyclinD1在4组的表达水平逐步递增,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BMP4和CyclinD1可能参与Barrett食管恶性转化过程。
