摘要
以硼酸、甘油为原料,在氮气保护下合成硼酸双甘油酯,然后在强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化下与硬脂酸反应合成出具有半极性键的有机硼酸酯表面活性剂,并用红外光谱确定了产物结构。实验结果表明:硼酸与甘油的摩尔比为1∶2.0、反应温度为180℃、反应时间为4 h时,硼酸双甘油酯的收率为96.0%;硼酸双甘油酯与硬脂酸的摩尔比为1∶0.9、反应温度为200℃、反应时间为3.5 h、催化剂用量(相对于硬脂酸的质量)为2.0%时,硬脂酸转化率为96.4%。该合成工艺具有酸转化率高、后处理简单等优点。
Boric acid ester surfactant was prepared from Boric acid and Glycerin and stearic acid with strong ion exchange resin as catalyst in nitrogen.The title compound was identified by IR.The optimal esterification conditions were designed based on experiments.The results showed that: when the molar ratio of boric acid/glycerin was 1∶2.0,the reaction temperature was 180℃,and the reaction time was 4 h,the yield of boric diglycerin was 96.0%.And when the molar ratio of boric diglyceride/stearic acid was 1∶0.9,the reaction temperature was 200℃,the reaction time was 3.5h and w(catalyst)=2.0%(relative to stearic acid),the conversion ratio of lauric acid was 96.4%,boric diglycerin nutmeg acid ester and boric diglycerin stearic acid ester's esterification condition were same as boric diglycerin lauric acid ester's,nutmeg acid conversion was 97.0%,stearic acid conversion was 96.4%,separately.The process has advantages on acid conversion and post-treatment.
