摘要
运用水土保持综合防治技术，在江河的上中游地区建立星罗棋布的水土保持拦沙挡土蓄水工程和高密度的林草植被，可从根本上解决水土流失问题，减轻对江河的危害．
In order to control the water and soil loss and lighten its harmness to rivers,we should build the much engineerings which can hold back sand and soil,and store water.We also plant the high density grass and have a good vegetation.The result of Shichen county proved the benefit of water and soil conservation.
