摘要
全面推行节水灌溉势在必行，结合江西省上饶地区节水灌溉的推广工作，总结经验，提出了相应的对策和建议．
Based on the experience and understanding of popularizing the water saving irrigation technique,this paper stated the water short problem in southern area of our country and the important strategic significance of water saving irrigation. At last it put forword some suggestion.
