小凌河流域是辽宁省水土流失重点治理区，随着近年来治理步伐的加快，水土流失得到了一定控制， 但仍然存在着一些问题。文章从流域的自然状况出发， 详细分析了流域水土流失现状、成因及由此造成的危害， 并针对存在的主要问题提出了治理措施建议。

The Xiaoling river basin is a stress correction region of the soil and water losses in Liaoning province. The soil and water losses get definite control along with the acceleration of correction speed in recent years. But some problems still exist. From the basin natural state, the paper in detail analyzes the soil and water losses actuality and its cause of formation in the basin, as well as harm causing from this. Some measures and suggestions are put forward in view of the main problems.
