摘要
介绍了预缩性水泥修补混凝土缺陷技术, 预缩水泥砂浆具有强度高、收缩性小、抗冻、抗渗性能好、成本低、施工简便等特点。经试验,预缩水泥浆实测平均抗压强度、抗拉强度分别达32.86,2.85 MPa,超过一般混凝土强度。
The paper introduces a technique to mend concrete defect with pre-contraction cement. The pre-contraction cement sand grout has some good characteristics, such as the intensity is high, the contractibility is small, the frost resistance and impermeability is very well, the cost is lower and the construction is simple etc. Experiment observed that the mean compressive strength and tensile strength of the pre-contraction cement sand grout comes respectively up to 32.86 Mpa and 2.58 Mpa. The results show its strength exceeds general concrete, and it is a perfect material to mend concrete defect.
