摘要
针对无刷直流电机在CO2/H2O分析仪中的应用,介绍了CO2/H2 O分析仪的基本原理和系统结构,简述了直流无刷电机的控制原理,提出一种用于CO2/H2O分析仪的微型无刷直流电动机驱动器的设计方案。分析了霍尔位置传感器的一种定位方法,并讨论了电机转速闭环控制和转动稳定性的调试方法。应用结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,设计满足CO2/H2O分析仪的要求,简化了系统结构,能够实现气体的快速采集。
The basic principle and system structure of the CO2/H2O analyzer is introduced.The control principle of brushless DC motors is brief described,and the driver design for minisize brushless DC motor,which is used in CO2/H2O analyzer,is introduced.A positioning method using hall sensor is analyzed.A control method of speed closed loop control and speed stability of motor is also discussed.The application results showed that this system runs stably,and the design satisfies the demand of CO2/H2O analyzer.It simplifies the system structure,and enables rapid acquisition of gases.
