12例颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 12 cases of eosinophilic granuloma of skull trentment experience of eosinophilic granuloma of skull

目的探讨颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床表现、诊断与治疗的方法。方法对我科6年来临床收治的12例颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿患者进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均接受手术治疗,术后病理组织学检查有多量的Langerhans cell增生和大量的嗜酸性粒细胞。预后好,无复发。结论颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿为良性病变。CT及X线在诊断中有重要诊断价值。手术能加速病变痊愈,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of skull eosinophilic granuloma.Methods We retrospectively studied 12 cases of skull eosinophilic granuloma during the last 6 years in our department.Results Pathological examination after surgery,there are velume Langerhans cells hyperpasia and a large number of eosinophils.All patients are eusemia.Good prognosis and no recurrence.Conclusion Skull eosinophilic granuloma is a benign disease and CT scan or X-ray was important to its diagnosis.Operation can speed up the process of cure and reduce complications.
