全麻术中血糖变化与静脉麻醉药相关性的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的监测全麻术中血糖变化,探讨静脉麻醉药物对血糖代谢的影响。方法随机选取50例全麻非心脏手术患者,记录年龄、体重、麻醉诱导药物用量,并进行麻醉诱导前(T0)、麻醉诱导气管插管后5min(T1)、手术开始后10min(T2)、1h(T3)、2h(T4)、3h(T5)血糖监测。结果术中各阶段患者血糖发生波动变化,T1、T2、T3、T5与前一次血糖相比差异均有统计学意义;麻醉诱导时咪达唑仑、芬太尼及丙泊酚用量与T1血糖变化量呈现负相关性,分别在不同年龄组有统计学意义。结论全麻术中静脉麻醉药物抑制血糖代谢,影响血糖变化。 Objective Explore the narcotic effects of drugs on glucose metabolism by intraoperative monitoring of blood glucose changes in general anesthesia.Methods 50 patients with general anesthesia undergoing non-cardiac surgery were randomly selected.Age,weight,dosages of anesthetics during the induction and blood glucose were respectively recorded before the induction(T0),at 5 min after the intubation(T1),at 10 min(T2),1 hour(T3),2 hour(T4)and 3 hour(T5)after the beginning of the surgery(T5).Results There was significant that blood glucose levels fluctuated markedly.At T1,the dosages of midazolam、fentanyl and propofol showed a clear relationship with the change of blood glucose.Conclusion Anesthetics inhibited glycometabolism and affected blood glucose during general anesthesia and operations.
