摘要
针对知识服务中技术知识供给与需求的双边匹配问题,给出了一种两阶段决策分析方法。首先,依据技术知识供给主体和技术知识需求主体的满意度建立了匹配矩阵,并利用匹配矩阵筛选双边组合,产生候选匹配对;在此基础上,考虑以技术知识供需主体的满意度最大为目标,构建了多目标优化模型,并使用基于函数隶属度的加权和方法将多目标模型转换为单目标模型进行求解,获得了相应的匹配结果。实例分析表明,本文给出的方法具有可行性和有效性。
A two-phase decision analysis approach is proposed to solve the two-sided matching problem between technological knowledge supply and demand in knowledge management.Firstly,a matching matrix is constructed to select the waiting matching pairs based on the satisfaction degree of the two-sided bodies.Then,a multi-objective optimal model is constructed to maximize the satisfaction degree of technological knowledge suppliers and technological knowledge demanders.A method based on the function membership considering the sum of weight is used to transform the model,and the best optimization solution can be obtained.Finally,an illustrating analysis is given to show the feasibility and validity of the proposed approach.
