摘要
考虑在租车行业,当车型可替代情况下,建立汽车租赁超售模型,并通过模型分析,得到最优超售策略。通过数值算例对模型进行了求解验证,结果表明该方法更符合实际情况,更好地指导了运营管理人员的销售决策,以在保持客户满意的同时,规避了因客户取消带来的损失,并在提高出租率的同时增加了公司收益。
Considering substitutable vehicle in car rental industry,the overbooking model was developed.The result showed that the method of this paper performs better than the way without considering substitutable vehicles.This method was more tally with the actual situation,and could make more reasonable overbooking plan as decision support in the actual operation,which can keep higher customer satisfaction and can avoid potential opportunity loss due to customer cancellations and at the same time this strategy can improve the rental rates and maximize revenue of company.
