In the environment of all-business operation,WLAN has become an important way for telecom operators to develop broadband services,while its network construction and operation management is still yet to be matured.This paper analyzed present conditions and problems from the aspects of service development,network planning and construction,technical risk,cooperation management,as well as operation and maintenance,.etc,and put forward proposals for WLAN network construction and operation management.
