摘要
本文在多变量灰色组合预测模型的建模基础上,以金刚石木工刀具电火花磨削工艺参数正交设计实验结果作为数据样本,建立了金刚石木工刀具材料蚀除量的预测模型,该模型为多元线性回归模型的一种改进模型。本文以电火花磨削工艺参数作为输入量,以蚀除量作为输出量,结合实验数据进行了金刚石木工刀具材料蚀除量预测模型的验证,结果表明所建立的预测模型能够较好地预测出金刚石木工刀具的材料蚀除量。
Based on the multi-parametric grey combination forecasting model, and taking the orthogonal design test result of EDG ( electrical discharge grinding) with diamond woodworking cutter as the data swatch, a forecasting model of the corrosion amount of diamond woodworking cutter was built. This model is a reformed model of the multi-linearity regression model. Insubstituting the real test data, a verification test for the corrosion amount prediction of diamond woodworking cutter was conducted using EDG parameter as input value and corrosion amount as out value. The experimental result indicated that the built model can forecast primely the material corrosion amount of diamond woodworking cutter.
