摘要
目的:通过分析受试者进行4周和7周强力适能瑜伽练习前后血脂指标和体成分指标的变化,来探讨瑜伽练习对中年女性血脂和体成分的影响。方法:15位无规律运动的健康中年女性持续7周的强力适能瑜伽练习,于练习前、4周后和7周后测血脂和体成分,血脂包括甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),体成分包括体脂肪量、体重、去脂体重(FFM)、体质指数(BMI)。结果:瑜伽练习4周后各项指标均无显著性变化,瑜伽练习7周后TC、LDL-C、TG、TG/HDL-C与LDL-C/HDL-C有显著性下降的趋势(P<0.05),而HDL-C、体重、体脂肪量、FFM、BMI等仍无显著性变化。结论:无规律运动的健康中年女性经过7周强力适能瑜伽练习后血脂状况获得改善,而对身体成分则无明显变化。
Objective: To analyze the change of serum lipids and body composition related indexes during 4 weeks and 7 weeks power fitness yoga exercise,and research on the effect of power fitness yoga exercise on serum lipids and body composition in middle-aged women.Methods: 15 healthy middle-aged female subjects participated 7 weeks yoga exercise.The fat mass,weight,fat free mass(FFM),body mass index(BMI),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),TG/HDL-C ratio and LDL-C /HDL-C ratio were determined before and after 4 weeks exercise and 7 weeks exercise.Results: All indexes did not change significantly after 4 weeks exercise,but after 7 weeks exercise TC,LDL-C,TG levels,TC/HDL-C ratio and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio significantly reduced(P0.05)and HDL-C,weight,fat mass,FFM,BMI did not still change significantly.Conclusion: Power fitness yoga intervention for 7 weeks may improve serum lipids in healthy middle-aged women with irregular exercise,but the obvious effect on body composition may need more time to practice it.
