三峡模型水轮机引水部件流动特性的试验研究

摘要 通过在蜗壳进、出口及导叶出口3个断面布置五孔测球对三峡水电站模型水轮机引水部件中流动特性的测量表明,蜗壳进口断面的流动符合圆管流动的规律,蜗壳出口断面中有明显的二次流。导叶中心线上下流动基本对称,导叶出口的总速度、各速度分量及速度环量由上至下逐渐增大。本文报导了最优工况及偏离工况的测量结果并作了初步分析,对水轮机引水部件及转轮的设计提出了有益的建议。 By means of measurement of the five hole probes distributed on three cross section, on the inlet and outlet of volute and the outlet of wicket gate,the flow field in diversion components of a Francis model turbine for Three Gorges Power Station were carried out.The measured results indicate that the flow characteristics at the section of inlet of volute accords with the flow characteristics of a circular pipe;at the section of the outlet of volute,there is a obvious secondary flow,and the flow is symmetric about the center line of guide vanes;and at the section of the outlet of guide vanes,all velocity components and velocity moment become larger progressively from crown towards band.In this paper,a preliminary analysis on the experimental results and some suggestions for hydraulic design of diversion components and runner are given.
