摘要
提出一种基于网络的多测井系统的数据整合技术。关键技术中重新设计了Eclips5700和SL6000系统中的各种设备并进行共享设备的移植与优化;网络存储与绘图接口的开发中主要负责不同系统存储设备的共享和使用,其技术的核心是采用基于TCP/IP的网络协议进行软件接口开发,开发工具主要采用VC++和开放源码的GCC系列完成;hp-unix和Windows 2000 Server等多操作系统的内核重置和开发及系统集成,可以提供多系统协作的测井环境。数据整合实现了多平台网络通讯;数据的跨平台存储采用了搭建nfs和samba服务器的方式完成;开发的数据库共享平台,解决不同测井系统所用数据库的共享问题,可以共享OCT和仪器资料及刻度等信息;X服务器的建立处理解释数据,扩展了1台虚拟工作站,提高了系统效率;不同测井系统数据格式转换之后,可以大大方便多平台的数据处理与解释,提高测井数据的使用效率。
A data integration technique of multi well logging systems based on network is presented.In the technique,firstly Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol are constructed to combine multi well logging systems;secondly by developing technique of network storage,developing technique of network plotting,conversion and sharing of well logging data,etc.,not only field well logging and data processing are enhanced,but also current problems are effectively solved such as low efficiency and high cost,degree of data cohesion in multi well logging systems are highly enhanced.Various devices in Eclips5700 and SL6000 system are re-designed and the shared devices have been transplanted and optimized;Network storage interface is mainly used for share and usage of storage devices in different log systems,while network plotting interface for share/usage of plotter.The core technology is software interface development based on TCP/IP Ethernet protocol,and the development tool is VC++and GCC.The internal core re-set and data integration in multi-logging systems such as hp-unix and Windows 2000 server may provide logging environment for multiple logging systems cooperations.Data integration establishes multi-platform network communications;cross-plotform data storages are implemented through nfs and samba server.The newly-developed shared platform of data base solved the problems in data base share of different logging systems,e.g.,sharing OCT data,log data between oracle data base and sql server.The developed X-server processes interpretation data and expands one virtual work station,thus,improving Eclips5700 system efficiency.In addition,successful conversion of data formats in the different logging systems is quite convenient for multi-platform data processing and interpretation,so improving application efficiency of the log data.
