用干熄焦连排蒸汽对锅炉给水进行除氧的探讨

文章寻求在外网蒸汽短期停供时,尝试性的利用锅炉连排蒸汽以及减温减压后的外送蒸汽,替代外网蒸汽对锅炉给水进行除氧,解决除氧器热力除氧的问题。以保证锅炉给水含氧量达标,减少对锅炉管道的氧腐蚀,延长其使用寿命。

In the article,it is introduced the attempt to deoxidize the boiler feed water with continuous exhausting steam of boilers and the steam after reduction of temperature and pressure when the supply of outer steam stops for a short term,with which the problem of thermal deaeration for deaerator could be solved.As a result,the oxygen content of boiler feed water reached the standards and oxygen corrosion to boiler tubes reduced so as to extend its service life.
