Examples on Dynamic Balance of Sinter Exhauster Based on Vibration Test

利用便携式振动测试分析仪,测量烧结风机转子振动信号,通过频谱分析法分析风机转子不平衡故障特征,结合风机类旋转机械转子不平衡故障振动信号的时域、频域谱特征,进一步明确风机不平衡故障的时频特征,并通过现场动平衡方法以减小风机不平衡振动。

In the paper,it is introduced how to measure the vibration signals for rotors of sinter exhauster with portable analysis meter of vibration test and analyzed the characteristics of imbalance for them with the spectrum analysis method.The time-frequency characteristics of imbalance for sinter exhauster are further determined combining with the spectrum signatures in time and frequency domain for vibration signals of imbalance of rotors in rotating machinery of exhausters.Moreover,the unbalanced vibration of exhauster is reduced with on-site dynamic balance.
