摘要
常规桩筏基础在不断推进的工程实践中面临新的困难。为迎接新的挑战,笔者等在厦门地区对设置变形调节装置桩筏基础进行了工程试点应用,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。本文在详细介绍设置变形调节装置桩筏基础工作机理的基础上,重点对其应用领域进行了阐述。结果表明:和常规桩筏基础相比,设置变形调节装置桩筏基础通过调节器的设置,实现了桩基支承刚度的人为干预和按需调节。设置变形调节装置桩筏基础主要可应用于端承型桩基桩土共同作用、变刚度调平设计、老桩的再生利用以及土岩结合地基等支承刚度严重不均匀的情况。
General piled raft foundation faced new difficulties in engineering practice.In order to meet the new challenge,piled raft foundation with settlement adjustor was practiced in Xiamen area.The trial application achieved significant economic benefits and social benefits.Based on introducing working mechanism of piled raft foundation with settlement adjustor,its application fields were discussed emphatically.All above showed facts followed.Through settlement adjustor,piled raft foundation with it realized that bearing stiffness of pile foundation could be intervened artificially and adjusted according to needs.Pile raft foundation with settlement adjustor can be applied to all these fields,pile-soil interaction of endbearing pile foundation,optimized design of pile foundation stiffness to reduce differential settlement,regeneration of old pile foundation,and soil-rock composite subgrade.
