摘要 人力资源是医院的核心资源,随着医院不断发展,对人员的素质要求不断提高,传统单一面试方法问题凸显。综合多种测评方法运用履历分析、理论考试、操作考核和面试等方法,尤其是吸收了结构化面试的优点,可以较全面地了解求职者的综合素质,能够在较短的时间内筛选到合适的人才,从而弥补了传统面试方法的不足。该文结合医院工作实际对测评方法的综合运用进行探讨。 Human resources are the core resources for a hospital.The ongoing development of hospitals calls for staff of higher quality.Since the traditional way of face-to-face interview has exhibited some disadvantages,a comprehensive assessment method can be used in hospital recruitment which includes analysis of resume,written test,display of practical skills and interview.The new methods fully adopted the advantages of structured interview,and the applicant's comprehensive quality can be thoroughly examined so that suitable talents could be recruited in a short time.Based on the practice of a first-class hospital,this new method is presented and discussed in this article.
