On the Legal Authentication of Electronic Medical Records

病历是指医务人员在医疗活动过程中形成的文字、符号、图表、影像、切片等资料的总和,是医疗损害诉讼、司法鉴定、医疗事故鉴定最重要的依据。随着电子信息技术的日新月异,电子病历应运而生。电子病历的出现及发展让医疗卫生系统信息化迈出重要一步,使医务工作者及患者体验到了信息高速公路带来的方便与快捷。然而,目前我国的电子病历的运用正处于初级起步阶段,对电子病历的法律认可度亟需进一步探讨。

With the development day by day of the electronic information technology,electronic medical records came into being.The emergence and development of electronic medical records is an important step of informationization for the healthcare system which enables that both health workers and patients experience the convenience and fastness brought by the information superhighway.However,the use of electronic medical records in China is still in the initial starting stage,and the legal recognition of electronic records needs to be further explored and discussed.
