浅谈境外港口工程勘察项目的组织与管理

Simple Talk on Organization & Management of Overseas Port Engineering Survey Project

近年来,我国工程勘察企业逐渐拓展海外市场、承接国外工程项目的情况越来越多,由于当地的工作条件与社会环境等因素对工程勘察工作的影响较大,国内、外项目在组织管理方面有较大差别。通过对一些国外港口工程勘察项目组织管理工作的总结,探讨可供国外类似工程勘察项目借鉴的经验。

For recent years,Chinese engineering survey companies try to expand international market and carry on more and more overseas engineering projects.Since engineering survey is largely influenced by local working condition and social environment,the organization and management of overseas projects is quite different from that of the domestic projects.Through summing up the organization and management works of some overseas port engineering survey projects,the related experiences being used for the reference of the similar overseas engineering survey are discussed.
