亚麻/丝绢混纺粗纱染色纺纱新工艺的研究

介绍了除绞纱染色和松筒染色之外的一种流程短、成本低、见效快的新工艺。通过合理选择工艺路线,确定其最佳工艺参数,既要合理地去除亚麻纤维中的非纤维成分,完成亚麻纤维的脱胶、漂白、染色,又要保证丝绢不被破坏,并用染色后的亚麻/丝绢混纺粗纱在细纱机上纺制色纱。

Introducing a new craft of shorter flow,lower cost and faster efficiency except the bobbin dyeing or the skein dyeing.By selecting reasonably process line and determining optimum process parameter,conditions,removed non-fiber components of flax,finished degumming;bleaching,dyeing,pledged tough silk that was not destroyed.Spinning dyeing yarn by using dyed flax/tough silk blended rove in spinning-frame.
