摘要
对于传统的"双界限加工法",在机加过程中得到的孔、轴加工尺寸分布严重偏态,造成装配中配合质量低下的问题。我们配合工厂实际生产,提出"公差中心尺寸加工法",使工件加工尺寸围绕公差中心尺寸呈正态分布,这一方法可以大大提高配合质量,从而可以有效地提高工程能力和工程等级,保证产品的质量。
For the traditional "double boundaries processing method",the distribution of holes,axis machining size is seriously skew during mechanical processing,so comes about the problem of low fit quality in assembly.We put forward tolerance center size process method;to make workpiece process size is positively normal distribution around tolerance center size and to enhance fit quality.So as to effectively improve engineering capability and engineering level,ensure the production quality of the products.
