摘要
为了进一步挖掘磨矿系统的潜力,提高磨矿处理量,在原有设备设施的基础上,通过增大一段磨矿的通过能力并且对二段磨矿作业进行扩容改造,利用原有的浮选及配套设施,达到提高磨矿处理矿量300 t/d以上的目标。如此改造不仅工艺简单、投资减少,而且最大限度的提高了一段磨矿的磨机利用系数及附属设施的利用效率,效益明显。
In order to improve the grinding process,in the original foundation facilities basis,through a period of grinding increases the ability and the second by grinding operation,use the expansion of flotation and facilities,improve grinding processing quantity of 300 t/d above goal.This transformation is not only simple technology investment,and maximum increase over a period of grinding mill utilization coefficient and ancillary facilities of the utilization efficiency,benefit.
