综合类高校培养体育经纪人的探析

Investigation on training sports brokers in comprehensive universities

运用文献资料、调查访谈等方法,对我国体育经纪人的培养现状进行了研究。结果显示,体育经纪人为我国体育事业的发展做出了积极贡献,随着体育市场化的不断深入,体育经纪人在体育市场中的作用越发明显,同时市场也对体育经纪人提出了更高的要求,过去短期培训班形式培养出来的体育经纪人已经无法适应当前体育市场的发展需求。综合类高校师资力量雄厚,课程设置更加系统合理,教学资源丰富,完全符合培养体育经纪人高水平人才的要求,综合类高校在体育经纪人培养方面表现出了明显的优势。

Based on the documents and materials,the paper,by the investigations and interviews,does research on the training of the sport brokers in China.The findings show that sport brokers have made an active contribution to the development of Chinese sports and with the deepening of sport marketization,the role they play in the sport market appears more and more apparent.And at the same time,the market has had higher requirement on them,and the sport brokers trained in a short-term training program have not adapted to the needs of current development of sport market.Comprehensive universities have very good teachers,more systematic courses and rich teaching resources,so they can satisfy the requirement of training high-level sport brokers and have the obvious advantage in the training of sport brokers.
