摘要
以六偏磷酸钠为稳定剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法用氯化镉和硫化钠合成纳米硫化镉,并对其进行功能化修饰.研究了功能性纳米硫化镉的荧光性质,对L-色氨酸进行了定量测定,实验考察了缓冲溶液pH值,缓冲溶液用量,纳米硫化镉用量等多种因素的影响.结果表明,最佳实验条件为pH=7.0,V=2.5 ml的磷酸氢二钾-柠檬酸缓冲溶液,纳米硫化镉用量为2.5 ml,在25℃的水浴中反应30 min.
With sodium hexametaphosphate as the stabilizer by sol-gel synthesis with cadmium chloride and sodium sulfide nano CdS,and of their function modification.Studied the functional properties of nano CdS fluorescence of L-tryptophan were quantified.It discussed the influence of pH、amount of buffer solution and amount of nano CdS and so on.The result show that optimum conditions are pH=8,V=2.5 ml of potassium hydrogen phosphate citric acid buffer solution,amount of nano CdS 2.5 ml,Water bath at 25 ℃ 30 min reaction.
