山东省特殊体育教师专业化现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of present situation of special PE teachers' specialization in Shandong

采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对山东省特殊体育教师专业化现状进行调查与分析。研究结果表明:山东省特殊体育教师队伍具备较高的专业道德素质,但其专业知识结构不合理;特殊体育专职教师人员短缺;教师专业组织能力较为薄弱;特殊教师资格认定制度尚不完善。并据此提出山东省特殊体育教师专业化发展的建议。

The research methods of literature,questionnaire,statistic etc.were used to investigate and analyze the status quo of Shandong special physical education teachers＇ specialization.The findings are that Shandong special physical education teachers have higher professional moral quality,but their professional knowledge structure is unreasonable;special sports of full-time teacher staff is short;the strength of the teachers＇ professional organization is weak;and the system of recognizing special PE teachers＇ qualification is imperfect.Therefore,it raised some proposals for the professionalized development of Shandong special PE teachers.
