摘要
本研究通过对参加团体操训练的大学进行为期两年的跟踪调查,分析其在心肺功能、力量、柔韧等身体素质方面的变化,总结团体操训练对大学生体质发展的作用,并给出发展团体操教学训练的建议。
Gymnaestrada has become an indispensable large program of games and other major activities held in colleges.It is a relatively short period and high intensity exercise process.Then,the cardiorespiratory function,strength and flexibility quality of the students who are training could be significant changed? Could the students' physique condition of training provide the reasonable feedback information? Based on those thinkings,this essay researches on thoes students who participate in the Gymnaestrade for 2 years.This investigation and research is to enhance students' physical fitness and optimization of Gymnaestrada teaching.It is also aim to provides reference for PE teachers.
