With literature data method,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics,in accordance with the ordinary college Wushu teaching purpose and mission options request,according to the college Wushu teaching content present situation and existing problems,from the students＇ practical needs,it focuses on the reform of martial arts teaching in colleges content optimizing the concrete measures and methods for college Wushu movement,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development to provide the theory basis and the reference value.
