摘要
以黄瓜品种"冬棚瑞丰"为试验材料,研究了外源腐胺(Put)对弱光胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片SOD活性和同工酶的调节作用.结果表明:与对照相比,弱光胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片SOD同工酶表达减弱,SOD活性降低;而外源Put诱导弱光胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片出现新酶带SOD2,SOD同工酶尤其SOD3~5表达增强,SOD活性升高;Put对弱光胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片SOD活性和同工酶的调节作用以1 mmol/L比5 mmol/L Put更明显.
With the cucumber cultivar 'Dongpeng Ruifeng' as experimental material,we investigated the regulation role of Put on the activities and isoforms of SOD in leaves of cucumber seedlings under weak-light stress.The results showed that weak-light stress weakened SOD isoforms,and induced a decrease in SOD activity.In leaves of cucumber seedlings treated by exogenous Put combined with weak-light stress,a new SOD isoform band SOD2 appeared,SOD isoforms especially SOD3-5 strengthened,and SOD activity increased.Exogenous Put regulated the activity and isoforms of SOD,and 1 mmol/L was more effective than 5 mmol/L.
