CD147和MMP-9在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨CD147、MMP-9在胶质瘤中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对78例石蜡包埋的胶质瘤组织和12例正常脑组织进行标记和分析。结果:CD147、MMP-9的阳性率分别为62%、75%,采用Spearman进行相关性分析,二者与胶质瘤的恶性程度均呈正相关(r=0.2 891、0.3 971,P<0.05),CD147与MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.3 562,P<0.05)。结论:CD147、MMP-9可以作为临床判断胶质瘤预后的分子生物学标志。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of CD147, MMP - 9, in human gliomas and to study their correlation. Methods : Expression of CD147, MMP - 9 was assessed in paraffin - embedded specimens collected from 78 gliomas cases and 12 benign brain tissue cases by immunohistochemistry. Results : Their expressons are 62 %, 75 %, using Spearman analysis, a significant positive correlation between CD147, MMP-9, and gliomas expression was found ( r =0. 2891,0. 3971, P 〈0.05). The correlation is significant between CD147 and MMP-9( r =0.3562, P 〈0.05). Conclution: The results suggest that ex pression of CD147 and MMP - 9 may help in the prediction of gliomas progression.
