摘要
目的:研究牛磺胆酸对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用迟发型皮肤变态反应法测定高、低剂量牛磺胆酸对用7%的二硝基氯苯所致的小鼠迟发型皮肤超敏反应的作用,采用血清溶血素测定法测定高、低剂量牛磺胆酸对绵羊红细胞所致的小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响,采用碳廓清法测定高、低剂量牛磺胆酸对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果:牛磺胆酸能显著抑制小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,对小鼠迟发型皮肤超敏反应有显著的抑制作用,能增强小鼠溶血素含量。结论:牛磺胆酸对小鼠非特异性免疫及细胞免疫具有显著抑制作用,而对体液免疫具有增强作用,对动物的免疫功能具有多方面调节作用。
Objective : To study the effects of TCA on immune function in mice. Method : The effects of high and low dose of TCA on delayed skin hypersensitivity mice induced by 7 % DNCB, the production of antibody to hemolysin induced by sheep blood cells in mice, and the function of monocyte macrophage were determined by delayed - type skin allergic reaction, serum hemolysin assay, and carbon clearance, respectively. Results: In mice, TCA could significantly inhibit the function of monocyte macrophage and delayed skin hypersensitivity, while increase the content of hemolysin. Conclusion: TCA can significantly inhibit nonspecific immunity and cellular immunity, but enhance humoral immunity, so it has various regulatory effects on immune function in animal.
