摘要
针对水电厂电力生产与基建施工同时进行中安全管理面临的难题从水电生产企业安全文化建设、制度执行、人员培训、安全保卫等多个方面进行了探讨,为确保新投运电厂的安全生产提供了一些管理思路。
According to safety management problems in producing and constructing simultaneously, the paper discusses safety culture construction, regulation execution, personnel training and security guard, aim at providing some management ideas for ensuring safe production of a hydropower station newly put into service.
