摘要
为提高设备巡检质量,避免人为漏检错检,实现设备管理的"规范化、标准化、信息化",瀑布沟水电站正在探索一套点检定修管理模式。介绍了瀑布沟电站以设备主人为核心,组成包括运行人员、技术主管等在内的五层设备防护体系的点检定修管理模式,实现对设备进行状态分析,对检修质量和成本进行管控,从而有效避免机组欠维修和过维修。
In order to improve equipment inspection quality, avoid undetected and misdetected and realize ＂normalization, standardization and informatization＂ of equipment management, the Pubugou hydropower station is exploring ＂spot inspection and regular maintenance＂ management mode. They regard equipment host as the core, establish five levels of equipment protection system to implement equipment condition analysis, repairing quality and cost control so as to avoid ＂ill-maintain＂ and ＂over-maintain＂.
