新安江水电站大坝右坝基页岩夹层处理

新安江水电站始建于１９５７ 年， 至今已运用了４０ 年。１９９０ 年５ 月开始历时２ 年的首次大坝安全定期检查， 认定为正常坝， 但存在缺陷急需处理。对一般缺陷的处理效果显著。但右坝２ 、３ 号坝段基础长期以来问题较大。对基础页岩夹层软化、泥化状况的认识尚不统一， 所采取的处理措施及效果并不佳。目前对坝基页岩夹层处理尚无统一完整方案。综合专家意见， 提出了在具体实施中， 加强坝前帷幕、增设横向帷幕、保护页岩部位排水孔壁以及适当化学灌浆等综合处理方案。

The Xin’anjiang Hydropower Station started to de built in 1957 and has been put into operation for about 40 years up to now . Itis considered to be a normal dam in the firststage regular check on dam safety that had been conducted for 2 years since the May of 1990 . Butthere are some defects that are urgent to be treated . The treatment effectiveness for those com mon defects is good . But the problems of damfoundation in the No . 2 and No . 3 sections of the right dam are great . The understandings ofthe softening situations of foundation shale inter calated layer are still different and the adopted treatment measures and effects are not good . There in no unified and integrated scheme for thetreatment of the shale intercalated layer in the dam foundation . Through the sum mary on the experts’opinions ,this paper putforwards a com prehensive treatment scheme ,that in ,strengthening the curtain before dam ,increasing the transverse curtain , protecting the wall of drainagehole in the shale position and adopting the proper chemical grouting .
